For no event in our lives has “closure.” Good or bad, each occurrence only opens us up for a response and that response makes us who we are as individuals - - -.

            Can the bad things that happen to us make us better, stronger? Do not ignore that which happens. Do not seek closure. Sometimes closure sounds too close to revenge for my comfort.
