THE FORCE

Even in science fiction there is one single all powerful entity. Within the Star Wars story, all life is part of the Force. All the universe is part of the Force. There is even a light side and a dark side of the force. In China Yin/Yang. In the Old Testament God/Devil.

Pantheism: The doctrine that God is not a personality, but that all laws, forces, manifestations, etc. of the self-existing universe are God.

I believe there is more to it than that. I believe the universe is only a small portion of God. Think of it: There are trillions of galaxies out there, some so far away that the light from them has been billions of years getting here. Are there some so far away that the light from their existence is still not here? All this is only a small part of God. Each electron, atom, molecule is important to God because they are all created by God from the essence, the substance of God. Each particle is important to God, no matter how small.

We need to keep in mind the vastness of the universe and the span of God’s creation. We need to keep in mind that God cares about Her creation from the largest galaxy to the smallest particle.
